WE ARE VAPE DESIGN

We specialize in designing custom vape technologies. We manage the entire sourcing, manufacturing, quality control and logistical process for brand owners. We empower our clients to compete in the constantly evolving industry of vape. We specialize in all areas of vapor technology, from nicotine, to legal cannabis and neutraceutical delivery.

We are a reunion of the former VMR Products team. VMR was responsible for the manufacture of over 1B USD in vapor products between 2009 and 2018, including the leading brands: V2, V2cigs, V2 Pro, and Prohibited. VMR merged with JUUL Labs in October 2018.

OUR EXPERIENCE

2008 - VMR Products is formed in Miami Florida, as a TVG incubated startup.

VMR Launches the V2 Cigs brand of electronic cigarette products.

2010 - VMR Operations open in Shenzhen China

VMR becomes one of only a handful of US vapor companies with permanent operations in China.

2012 - VMR achieves #1 Online Vape Retailer in USA for its V2 Brands.

V2CIGS.COM & V2.COM are shipping >1500 direct to consumer orders daily.

2014 - VMR manufactured brands reach 200k stores globally (15 Countries).

V2, V2 Pro, Prohibited, QuickDraw, Zig Zag, ECG, OCB, are among the companies top sellers.

2015 - VMR Launches "V2 Pro" multifunction vapor devices.

V2 Pro products support new mediums beyond eLiquids; concentrates, loose tobacco, and dry herbs (HNB).

2017 - VMR Sells Subsidiary Prohibited Vaporizers to Pax Labs.

Prohibited.com was a VMR Subsidiary creating products for the new legal cannabis market.

2018 - VMR merges with JUUL Labs in a 9-figure Transaction.

VMR facilities, patents, and assets in China, the USA, and in Europe are fully absorbed into JUUL LABS.

2020 - Former VMR Leadership Team reunites as TVG incubator, invests in 6 new ventures.

Investment focus areas are Legal Cannabis in Michigan, Vape Technology Healthcare, and FMCG. / verleur.com.

2022 - TVG (Miami) and SUNFA (China) form Vape Design as a partnership that reunites over 15 former VMR and JUUL veterans (USA & China).

Initial focus is Cannabis hardware platforms, and Nicotine hardware platforms outside the USA.

2024 - VapeDesign partners with AEGLOBAL to support their growing catalog of Vape Products.
